I think all that guff about being a Prime Broker puts the GS holding behind the Suisse curtain.
Note also item 4 in CS sub notice states that the Registered Holder of the 9 million is HSBC.
However it's HSBC Australia while 14/4 notice on Geiger was HSBC UK.

Now I don't know if a Transfer between HSBC offices requires a Sub Notice Change but if not the Credit Suisse one appears to have issued showing CS has beenm appointed Prime Broker of 'a' holding.

Same number [9 million];Same Firm Registered Holder [HSBC];no requirement in CS notice to outline consideration spent because of this Prime Broker status [or is it because of parcel status as being Transferred and consideration has previously been advised?].

All these confirm to me Credit Suisse is NOT acting for a new group of Sub Holders only holding a transferred parcel by Geiger.
