GS is pretty gross IMHO, broker of the left wing Democrats.
As for Credit Suisse, I would be amazed if the markets down/ across in Asia Pac swallowed this UBS purchase of Credot Suisse for $3.2 billion.
Not only does that risk UBS a going broke but it also means contagion of trash like SVB being bought by HSBC just spreads to First Republic, Unicredit, JP Morgan and others being bought by better rivals in fire sales.
It just allows the flames to fester, does not actually put out the fire.
Bit like Telstra and its problems with NBN Co, which it still has not bought, TPG Telecom and SingTel Optus, Amaysim.
