    Just thought of a reason why you could be correct about the trigger being pulled next Monday.

    If FAR had become aware that WPL were going to make a low ball offer in the near future it would make sense to prove to the world that FAR has a serious case to PE the 35% and substantially increase FAR's value. The caution CN has shown for the last 12 months would need to end
