Hi MMM the flaw I see with hidden costs payable by WPL over and above the original agreement price is WPL would be in breach of ASX material disclosure rules and also be misleading shareholders. I doubt very much WPL would go down that route.....there might in fact be nothing other than the Senegal assets in the Company, it could be as simple as making it as hard as possible for FAR to PE in the hope they may not have even tried ...it may have just been a bluff from COP/ WPL that has been called by FAR....
