When the JV agreed that Athena was out on future drilling, it felt like COP acceralrated its exit. Maybe I'm reading to much into it , but COP fixed rate lease agreement was a accounting nightmare and you wonder about wizardry accounting between off shore accounts and the parent company.
In Feburay COP terminated the agreement with Athena and agreed to pay compensation. Would be interesting to know that amount.
