If the transferee ceases to be an Affiliate of the Selling Party in the three years
following the transfer, the transfer will be automatically canceled and the Percentage of

for the proper performance of his or her assignees, obligations arising for or

So if COP Senegal B.V (name changed to WPL Senegal B.V.) ceases to be an affiliate within 3 years the 35% interest returns to COP...... COP is guarantor to FAR, Petrosen and Cairn for WPL fulfilling its obligations to the JV until the completion of the current work period.
