Obviously you dont have an idea of how franking credits work.
Foreigners dont recieve Aus Franking credits so why should they invest
in our big 4 banks whose claim to investment fame is dividends and associated franking credits?

Could you provide evidence that Aussie residents hold accounts overseas who in turn
invest in Aus Banks? Otherwise your claim is complete speculation and on the face of
it does not make investment sense, IMO.
