Every research done by ANY broker on a spec has an agenda. The important thing is whether it is fabricated evidence or a credible opinion. Granted CS report is bias and the acid filtration may be what they are pushing but I can also at this point in time claim the Samsung is trying to play down the battery meltdown with some technical issues of short circuiting. Why doesn't it happen to Iphone batteries? I am not implying anything on any technical aspects of graphite and batteries, I'll leave it to all the market participant analysts to vote in this 'beauty contest'.

It is ultimately them that will make or break my investment in SYR although small as I am only dipping my toe in this one without any knowledge of graphite. But I like the story so far especially with the capital raising at premium valuation. I saw the deep pullback to catch the falling knife and in hindsight I could have done slightly better in picking the support level.

Anyway the cash pile is locked and the mine will be built. Meantime valuation will be 'edgy' and hoping no bad news on the technical issues front from the mine building front. There will always be tech issues that have to be ironed out. Even the big boys like Roy Hill/FMG/BHP/RIO have their challenging issues of mine operations. We await on a longer term hold.
