Did you disclose that CS are also a major shareholder in SYR? Do you think that all of their clients who they wrangled the $194m from at $6.05 a share would be happy to be sitting on a 30% loss? Or did they all sell out before drop under $6?
It raises interesting questions regards the raising? No doubt they bought in the lead up to it knowing that it was on the cards and sold into the pre-raising pump leaving many investors high and dry. I'm not saying that's illegal but that's how brokers work. Buy the story, sell the fact.
