Yes its a big downgrade
20 percent or so
But i still think with rising graphite prices this is a good company
Watch out for poor graphite quality, not aimed at the EV marjet as they commission and ramp up
May take a long time to get the plant right to produce the right size graphite particles.. maybe 6 months or more
I guess other uncertainty is they still havent released the formal govt contract... that should have been released by now, guessing mozambique govt may be stalling or renogiating like tanzania terms? Thats a real possibility otherwise should have been done already right?
Delays to commissioning very real due to more recent release by syr adcising about the significant complexities and uncertainities... gives them an out to more delays
