Just joined HC and found this thread.. very interesting. I'm a few G's down on TMR.. was wondering if there was any possible recourse. Unfortunately I got sucked into the share purchase plan on top of my existing holdings, just before they went bust.. nice one that. Talk up the companies future then suck your supporters dry on false promises before calling it quits.
So did anyone actually manage to get hold of an application to become creditor form and/or succeed in that venture?
