    however they subsequently mention this does not include CBS themselves ie they are agreeing to some haircut on what's owed to them, and this will be factored into the sale price.
    so, while it's possible to get some "consideration" paid for your shares to be transferred to CBS under the CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 444GA process to come, why would they pay any given above
