Teddy, just because so far it has been softly softly I wouldn't jump to any end conclusions that this will remain so. Harry's job so far has been to get as much money for us shareholders as he could - if he went straight to the asic then while the case was being heard we would have got nothing - likewise once found guilty the debts would have surely pushed Esra into bankruptcy where we would still rank behind ATO debts (if any) so may have ended up getting less than we have got to date. In fact even if report now and bankruptcy occurred the ATO can claim back 6mths and could technically come back and demand we give up proceeds already achieved from Esra.

With a little bit of legal knowledge (which we have in abundance with Harry) the management strategy to date is very calculated and sensible.
