Notes trustee is on the creditors committee. A brief reading of the article may indicate that note holders rank above other unsecured creditors and staff. Also that the charge held by the bank is pretty much irrelevant to AFGHA because they are subordinated regardless.

I guess those that care saw that AHUG is suspended for another week.
I read in the AFR today that CHAMP has walked away from a couple of other deals that they had previously committed to. AFR didn't provide any other details.
