    looks like a fire-sale is well and truly underway. i don't like the part that they expect to have sales completed as soon as possible.

    that is exactly what mfs did and look where they ended up.

    also, do noteholders rank ahead of unsecured creditors and employees. if so, if the employees are only expected to receive a portion of what's owing, does that mean noteholders should get full face value?

    or are employees behind the banks and ahead of everyone else, in which case we will get nothing?
