i don't think you guys are right.
the noteholders have not been put under the category of unsecured creditors.
also, how would the administrator be able to pin-point the exact amount of proceeds down to $20m?
i don't see how $1.2bn of assets a few weeks ago are only worth less than $660m today, especially after "significant interest"
i'm pretty sure the noteholders as debtholders rank above the employees
