Appreciate your advise re lodging a complaint with ASIC rather than just shaking my fist. Believe me, I have done that and attempted far more.
I was personally burnt by them and am suffering more than financially as a result - lost friends and family as a result of MP and Co.
Until I googled and found this forum and found other interesting material on them I thought I was alone. How naive of me?
I know many people on this forum doubt the integrity of newcomers, so to clarify I am not an ex-shareholder nor investor nor a trader participating in this forum. Lets just say I got burnt on a more personal level by MP and Co.
I now have only the hope that ASIC/ASX will actually do something - I read many posts attesting to this fact but thus far see nothing actually happening. And what I see, I believe.
And that gets me back to my point.
If ASIC/ASX allow MP and Co in any devious way possible to retake ownership of MultiTrak (because we all know they could accomplish this through various means) then I lose all my faith in The Rule of Law.
