What was missing from the announcement you refer to was ...
"Shortly after you have read this announcement we will be shutting offices, closing down our network, leave creditors and investors in the lurch, get QTK delisted for not being able to pay our ASX fees, make no further comment or attempt to keep shareholders informed on what's going on, blah blah blah".
Debate is good, but only if the counter argument has some premise. Your ongoing reference to announcements made before QTK got delisted and put out of business are getting tiresome and inject no fresh insight or perspective on this subject.
