Are you able to explain why they have been de-listed for failing to pay their listing fee? Is that because they are so broke they can't even afford that, or is it because they know they don't have any intention of ever coming out of suspension? Perhaps you can enlighten us on that one, seeing as though you evade every other genuine question put your way.
