    Why buy into QTK IF / when IT RELISTS, WITH THE WORLD MARKETS TANKING ALL AROUND, QTK IS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH TO INVEST. The big end of of town is being slaughtered, handing their keys back to their ferrarris, cashing out of the market.
