I know you're still not going to get the message, because, well, you just can't reason with someone whose spent 3 years living and breathing this company just to find out it's a scam (you must be livid). But for any others who may be confused, QTK is no longer trading. "Insider information" of a company that isn't trading is otherwise known as just "information". Furthermore, if the directors had any intention of taking care of its shareholders after its demise, it would beg the question of why they didn't when they were legally obliged. Consider these links:

Of course, shareholders, in leiu of this information please do not conduct any off-market trades such as swapping your Artmaron office mop for two office pens. This could be construed as "insider trading" and could be against the law.
