Would an online petition be a feasible solution to have shareholders digitally sign and submit to the court in protest, in the hope that enough disgruntled shareholders have an impact in the courts decision. Just a thought. Are there any legally savvy shareholders in the mix who'd be willing to draft a petition that covers the legal argument in defense of shareholders?.
Time seems to be of the essence to make some noise.
