    As a note holder, I have received the creditors report.

    There are 2 proposals for Deed Of Company Arrangement (DOCA).

    The first is from a lawyer at Lloyds, Dianne Pinder who has a syndicate. They are offering shares for everyone, including us lowly shareholders. The sydnicate also has a plan to start producing and selling (we've been waiting for this).

    The second is from Lind and offers nothing to sharholders and little to any one else except themselves. I guess we should not be suprised by that.

    More to come as I digest the document.
