An offer to salvage the company when it appears to be finally on the brink for producing product and has pile of expressions of interest AND keep the current share holders is almost too good to be true.

last week someone posted the question "what would it take for the shareholders to band together and keep the IP in OZ?" and now it appears that that proposition is sitting in front of us.

If Pinder pulls this off and keeps the company on track (and in OZ) there will be some very happy SH's

If the other offer from Limp gets up we are all $%&@$d.

I'm in, its the only chance not to loose everything!
