I am oversease in California at the moment but just sent off an E-maile to Dianne. I don't have the shareholding of myronc but am in the top 20 so still have a lot riding on the survival of MST in some form as an Aussie company.

I guess it's just a question of "how screwed" we shareholders will be under any plan to save the company. I guess the directors could loose their jobs but don't have to worry about their shareholdings since they have very few shares.

I had shares in an aquaculture company a couple of years ago that went under with no return to shareholders a few weeks after an announcement that all was well and a capital raising. The original man at the top is still in the same job and doing very well!

Time will tell but I can see a big capital loss on the horizon....if only I had a capital gain so I could use
it!
