CJS - you are reading it correct - this is a simple case where if individuals come forward themselves with an offer of funds for support, they can go into a trust fund to support the Pinder bid - no success on Thursday means money refunded and life goes on without our shareholding in Metal Storm. On the other hand - success means conversion of that support to equity in the Company. But a sufficient level of funding is necessary for the Pinder bid to be successful in the first place - so even late support is crucial.
