    Given it is unlikely that our syndicate will raise sufficient funds, can someone please post the details of the ASOF proposal (if indeed the details are available). Preciously it was mentioned that they'd get 95% of the company but any further details would be appreciated.
    I guess we'll discover our fate soon enough!
