Well I agree, however I have now had both my lawyer and accountant review the report and we have spoken to the administrator and Adam Shepard to get more clarity, it was very helpful and worth doing, I recommend it. I now have a list of others to speak to including the CFO's, former company secretary, current company secretary Francis Farmikidis whom I believe was actually the company lawyer before DLA Piper, Sonia Thurston coms Director, Karena Brady head of HR, Hugh Massie former Chairman and Mr Nick Jordan company Executive Chairman.

I will report back on what I find!
