I think you misunderstood what I was getting at. I wasn't talking about the effect of the Royal Commission on the wrongdoers, but its knock on effects to companies that rely on finance. The Royal Commission has scared the banks into becoming a lot tighter with their lending, which has starved companies who rely on the availability of finance. It is not those companies' fault for the sudden change in the economics of finance brought about by the banks' reaction to the Royal Commission, but they are suffering because of it.
