    If the DOCA has been approved then they agreed to licence back the Video Portfolio and its subsidiaries. So we have the parent with no debt and subsidiaries - BRTV, UK & US, Wayfarer & TIGS.

    Subject to any lawsuits and penalties what is the company worth - $10M perhaps.

    This sounds like series 2 of the Netflix original
