They didn't sign up for financing or the product. They signed up for being filmed at no cost in the knowledge that Finstro may get in touch to offer them a line of credit and a free trial of their cash flow management tool. No commitment to take either or the product.
Here is a pretty simple concept....why not just wait for the customers who wanted to go ahead to pay their money rather than report all those figures.
As others have asked.....why did FCC call in all this finance? I mean weren't they sales and if they were then why hasn't action begun to sue every business owner that is in default now for not having stumped up what they committed to. Very strange.
