Thanks. I managed to get to the creditors meeting and hung around outside and spoke to a number of creditors. Apparently the DocA was voted in 40 to 7. Having spent a number of days now digging into the whole mess I'm happy that the company hasn't gone guts up. DYOR into WTF really happened with BIG. Several people including ex employees were happy to talk. I recommend that you speak to the administrator, the cosec/lawyer (very insightful) and speak to other creditors and staff. HR lady was very helpful, she has a real knowledge of the business and is obviously still dedicated to its success. Directors weren't there in person but joined by phone because they were apparently "busy running the business". Biggest surprise? staff seemed very supportive of management.
Anyway, I will continue to dig into this mess.
thing I have gotten out of this is don’t be led by the herd. I was surprised that things may be not what they seem.
