FCC debt holder will be in the box seat since they own it all, but we don't know what they paid FCC for their debt, maybe FCC came out even?

Few moving parts for me to think it was completely orchestrated. The old BIG crew aren't really needed any more unless the new owner of all the IP thinks they're needed for execution. The father son story is shot now anyway.

Still unclear if there is a viable business here too, with the benefit of time and distance I'm no longer as bullish.
