Well he repeatedly kept saying he is ultimately accountable. Question then is... maybe after the enquiry has handed down its report.. which must surely lay the blame on the government and public servant officials for the virus spread due the botched quarantine... what will he do about living up to his accountability . Nothing is my guess, its just empty words and platitudes. Consider this, you are the captain of a cruise ship and its runs aground, capsizes, and hundreds of lives are lost. As captain you may not have been on watch at the time and it was your sub-ordinates fault for the disaster. Ulimately the captain of the ship is accountable and they leave ( resign). In the navy it would be a court martial. So what will our Dear Comrade do if the quarantine enquiry finds negligence ? Its a rhetorical question,, I can guess the answer. This is moment when you test the true measure of a leader and of a man. Lets see how this unfolds
