I am from Queensland. So not really too sure of the exact situation in Melbourne. However, my understanding is that, unlike Wuhan, which had total lockdown (ie. entrances to apartments building and units welded shut), Melbourne is only in partial lockdown, with people allowed to travel to work, or shop or even exercise for part of the day. Am I correct?
