WSA has the option of buying 3% of PAN every six months without triggering a takeover under the 'creep' provisions.
3% = $10m, very do-able in parallel to the Odysseus development.
Savannah is an attractive project and would be a tasty addition to WSA's production profile.
The BoD will have considered this. It is very pleased at doubling its money on the initial investment, yet this raises the question around its next moves.
