He's just going the opposite of the people who are pointlessly in love with the stock despite how the broader market isn't that interested in it any more.
His figures are a bit off though IMO, $1.60 is pretty clear support. If it does drift below that then yes $1.30's are happening.
I wouldn't say I'd call it a buy now, since it's probably just going to dawdle up and down by a few cents.
