Well if I was a new Director in ITC and I believe ITC hasn't yet given away any options to Directors, they will have to buy on market like Eddy, so to my mind they should be each picking up 2.5 million personally.

Look the results are great, the future hugh and you would be silly to sell now unless you are a daily trader. In addition there can not be much lose stock as I would have thought the majority of the right issue in weak hands has been sold.
