Yes i am in the same position as you rowingboat, kicking myself for still being in this one.
Rowland Hill buying 250,000 at 0.19 mid June was probably why i didnt exit when CRE spiked to 0.25 on 2nd july.
Though the best lessons are usually the hard lessons, next time round i will act rather than wait in hope.
