I agree with you. Reads to me like CPH paid this guy's company for "marketing and promotional services to potential investors", he just sent some tweets promoting the stock, and CPH have called him out on it ("Creso found itself in dispute with a key adviser").

Its a bad look, but as the article says, "there is nothing illegal about receiving payment to promote a stock or in exchange for other services. In fact, it's common practice by cash-poor start-ups". When the price was going up then I bet everyone was happy. Maybe the downrampers had lost money on CPH, so have an axe to grind by blaming the BOD for their own investment decisions. But if anyone was stupid enough to buy stock because of a tweet promoting it, then well, buyer beware.

Company needs to clarify the situation on Monday imho. In the meantime the downrampers will be wallowing in schadenfreude all weekend.
