the ins buying in at 19 c cap raising l would have to think they would not be dumping stock at 20 c or so , no point very little gain , they do have lots to gain over seas , time will tell , my way of thinking a good story soon and it will get pumped , big time , maybe then take some profits of the table , me well am in at 30 c so , l gota wait . and l will
