The possibility is very low, I do not think US OTC will care about CPH AGM timeline. If it was going to happen next week, it is no way Everblu won't tell those social pumpers, share price won't be this low this week. Also Monday is public holiday in US, if I remember correctly, so pretty much won't have any rubbish announcement either until Wednesday.
So Monday might be a bloody red day, as well as Tuesday!
