It’ll go out to the Senate vote this year. Democrats only have control of the Senate for another year, before elections in some States, so they’ll be working hard to push policy and reform over the coming months.
Apparently Biden and Harris aren’t in favour of legalisation, but it’ll no doubt go to a vote anyway. With some progressive Republican Senators keen to see the legalisation legislature pass (I think four of them voted yes when it went through the House of Representatives), it has a good chance of getting the green light at the Federal level.
Industry will go gangbusters if it does.
