As I understand, after TGA's approval, every states will adopt the changes in different time manner. Example, "Tasmanian legislation automatically adopts changes to TGA's Poisons Standard and will be able to access medicinal cannabis without a prescription as soon as February next year." (according to local news). But I am not sure about other states. It may explain why the price has not jump much yet.
