Hi Wilson,

if i got this somehow correct.The share price issued to accumulate 6mil AUD is based on a VWAP starting dec 3.(dont know for sure).
So from dec 3 to dec 22 the VWAP is 0.185 AUD and the offer up to 25% discount. Shares with 25% discout are 0.139 AUD which would mean an issue of 43mil new shares.

(you can look it up in the xls sheet screenshot i provided but i dont thin its 100% correct)

Please correct me if im wrong.
