Not sure maybe around Jan next year. But to be honest with you the senate as is, won't be passing the Bill forward as both the upper Senate has to agree to it (Which is majority Repubs). Repubs aren't keen on pushing the bill forward, highly unlikely and even if it landmark goes through the President has to sign it too, which is very unlikely.

The only way Senate passes this is Biden somehow gets to win the two states where they are revoting. If he does that and gets a majority, then I see next Jan when he becomes president that it'll be signed.

Of course the unexpected can happen but don't bet on it.
