every stock should see the good effect of the first take over offer in this field... any company with "potential" but not effectively tapped into by the current management will always be taken over... not just in MM space but everywhere....
if CGB doesn't deliver even after having a good set of tie ups and tailwinds, and if the reason for it is the management, then either the management will be thrown out by the shareholders OR the company will be taken out by the competitors...
looking forward to see how the rest of the MM plays respond to this TO of CPH now... a DEFINITE PLUS imo...
