I'm curious whether CREV will still publish its interim financial report. When it was listed on the ASX, it released quarterly reports on revenue and cash balance, but currently, there hasn't been any formal report disclosed on the NASDAQ. From what I've checked about NASDAQ's regulations (which might not be accurate), quarterly and semi-annual financial reports aren't mandatory, but if they choose to disclose, it should be within 90 days of the deadline (which is these days). If CREV opts not to release semi-annual reports, then we'll have to wait until October or November for formal financial statements. Am I correct in saying this?
