    I would expect a bit lower than 1.90.
    The present SP perhaps reflects that.
    CFX a reasonable comparison,divi about the same , payout ratio a bit higher. But it doesn't have the historical baggage that centro has.
    1.70 to 175 for me, but will be happy to be proved a pessimist.
