The institutional funds/investors are waiting for CRF to list, then get in.. they won't want their holdings diluted by 'CATS' and have a 'CGT base of 18cents' if they got into CER now. IMO when the court case(March) is finalised CRF will be trading much closer to NTA than other funds because the NAV is higher.
But lets just hold for the T/O offer from lend lease..
